1. Information you provide
When you submit a listing, we collect the product name, URL, tagline, categories, AI tools used, build time, attribution, optional X information, and the bid amount. If you ask us to fetch site details, our server visits the submitted public URL and reads limited page metadata such as its title, description, and favicon.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, including card and Alipay payments. Stripe may collect contact, billing, payment-method, transaction, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own Privacy Policy. yex.lol stores transaction references, the amount, currency, payment status, and the listing connected to a payment. We do not receive or store your full card number or Alipay account credentials.
3. Information collected automatically
We use a necessary signed session cookie containing a random visitor identifier and visit state. We record aggregate visits, recent online-presence timestamps, and outbound listing clicks. We also store a one-way hash derived from the visitor IP address to rate-limit checkout attempts and reduce click abuse. Standard server logs may contain request details such as IP address, time, path, browser information, and response status.
4. How we use information
We use information to publish and rank listings, process and verify payments, retrieve requested site previews, operate traffic counters, prevent spam and fraud, secure and debug the service, enforce the Rules, and comply with legal obligations.
5. When information is shared
Public listing fields are visible to everyone. We share information with Stripe to process payments and with infrastructure providers as needed to host and secure the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect users, the service, and others. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
6. Retention and security
Listing and related payment records may be kept while yex.lol operates and afterward where reasonably needed for accounting, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance. Short-lived presence and abuse-prevention records are removed or rotated when no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can block cookies in your browser, although visit and online-presence features may not work correctly. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. Privacy rights and valid legal obligations can override ordinary listing-retention rules.
8. International use and changes
yex.lol and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may update this Policy as the service changes and will post the new date on this page.
