1. Agreement
By using yex.lol, submitting a listing, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase and authority to submit the listing.
2. The service
yex.lol is a public leaderboard and discovery directory for things built with AI. Listings are ranked by cumulative paid bid. We may maintain, improve, redesign, suspend, or discontinue the service.
3. Payments, refunds, and duration
Payments are one-time listing and leaderboard-bid payments processed by Stripe using a supported payment method such as a card or Alipay. Check the URL, listing information, and amount before completing checkout. All payments are final and non-refundable, with no cancellation or account credit, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Your initial payment creates the listing after successful payment confirmation. Later payments for the same URL add to its bid. A one-time purchase provides a listing for the lifetime of yex.lol—not forever independently of the service—and ends when yex.lol permanently closes. A listing must continue to comply with the Rules.
4. Your listing
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. You keep ownership of your content and grant yex.lol a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, reproduce, and link to that content for operating and promoting the directory.
5. Moderation
We may reject, immediately hide, or permanently delete a listing or URL that we determine is spam, malicious, deceptive, unsafe, harmful to yex.lol or its visitors, in violation of the Rules, unreachable, or subject to a valid legal request. We may also edit a listing for formatting or accuracy. Removal for any such reason does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by law. Paying does not purchase ownership of yex.lol, editorial control, a guaranteed rank, or immunity from moderation.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a specific search-engine treatment, traffic, clicks, sales, or ranking. Third-party projects listed on the board are operated by their own creators; yex.lol does not endorse or control them.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, yex.lol and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Total liability for a claim relating to a paid listing will not exceed the amount you paid for that listing during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
